Hi all,

I'm very pleased to be a new member of the transgaming mailling list.
Cedega is an incredible software that I would like to try as soon as
possible ...

BUT, I've a problem with the CSV sources code compilation.
I've just downloaded the source code. I had no pb with the auto
configuration but I can not make and make depends on the sources.

When I call the "make depend && make" command, I have an error about the
included file paths .

make[3]: entrant dans le répertoire « /home/leny/winex/libs/ptmalloc3 »
cd ../tools && make makedep
/bin/sh: line 0: cd: ../tools: Aucun fichier ou répertoire de ce type
make[3]: *** [../tools/makedep] Erreur 1
make[3]: quittant le répertoire « /home/leny/winex/libs/ptmalloc3 »
make[2]: *** [../../libs/ptmalloc3/__depend__] Erreur 2
make[2]: quittant le répertoire « /home/leny/winex/dlls/ntdll »
make[1]: *** [ntdll/__depend__] Erreur 2
make[1]: quittant le répertoire « /home/leny/winex/dlls »
make: *** [dlls/__depend__] Erreur 2

What can I do to compile WineX without errors ?

Please, let me know if it is not the right place to post this message ... I
am (or I'm going to be) a new user of the WineX software

Hi Leny,

The source no longer requires (or fully supports, as you found out) the
"make depend" rule.
A simple "make" will suffice.

I should include a note of caution with this. The public winex CVS is
provided as an aid for developers, and is
not intended to be an end-user product. It is also not representative
of the binary Cedega packages as not
all components of that are included in the public CVS. If you would
like to play games, I would encourage you to
visit www.cedega.com and become a subscriber.
