The download previous versions dialog box should not display versions
you already have installed.

The configuration profiles dialog should order versions from highest
to lowest, not lowest to highest

Actually we wish to have it show versions you already have installed so
you can force a reinstall (since we do not currently have a way to
remove a version). However, we should indicate which ones are installed
through another manner I guess.
